The installation, Digital Cave, created by PULSE Collective, forms the backbone of the event, allowing participants to engage through music, text prompts, and live camera input. Powered by TouchDesigner and StreamDiffusion, this phygital setup merges human input with AI to create real-time, evolving visuals projected on a large screen, offering a dynamic, co-creative space for musicians and AI-curious attendees alike.

Digital cave is a hybrid physical-digital interactive installation that invites participants to engage in co-creation with AI. Through four specialized stations—camera control, text input, real-time visual adjustments, and musical instruments—users interact with a custom AI system built on TouchDesigner with open-source projects such as StreamDiffusion and custom controllers with arduino. Inspired by the ever evolving creative partnership between humans and technology as a computing unit, the resulting visuals, projected on a large display. Merging human creativity and AI-generated imagery in real time. and touches the concept of the “aura” of Walter Benjamin. Digital Cave redefines authorship, creating a space where physical presence and digital creation coalesce into an ever-evolving, immersive experience.

WHAT IS THE NOISE KITCHEN OPEN JAM?
Live music playground. Everyone is welcome, no matter if you’re a skilled musician or a beginner. Let’s meet and play together or just come hang out, listen to the music and have a drink.
You can bring your instrument(s). And if you don’t have any, that’s cool too, we have some to share.
If you already know you want to come or discuss any details, let us know at: noisekitchendiy@gmail.com – it will give us a rough idea of what to expect. But it’s ok if you decide to come last minute too.
Feel free to ask about anything!

There are a few important things we would like you to read before joining:
✦ While we are known to be a synth-focused group, acoustic and amplified instruments are ok to bring
✦ We will divide the jam into +-45 min segments to give you time to breathe and give space for people to join in.
✦ Again, please note that the table space and the number of inputs is limited. Come soon enough.
✦ Bring your own cables if you can.
✦ Entry: free donations – we appreciate any contribution if you can afford one. The collected money will be used to supply new cables, batteries, and any other material accessories for Noise Kitchen Jams and Workshops

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Come early if you want to secure a spot. We will keep max 5-6 people playing at once. We will try to do rounds – 2 or 3 – so the people that didn’t fit in the beginning can join. We will try our best for everyone to have a go, but we cannot guarantee it!
2. The possibility to sync is optional. Before each part of them jam we discuss how we synchronise the clock or if we play without it. Bring midi cables and/or HW utilities or long sync cables if you can and want to. Our resources are limited and we never know in advance what you bring to the table.

Noise Kitchen

Noise Kitchen is a community driven platform focused on creative audio work. We like to jam with strangers, educate, throw parties, make things, give opportunities, and create anything that can be categorized somewhere between music and noise.

Pulse Collective

PULSE Collective is a trio of multidisciplinary artists exploring the intersection of technology and art through AI-driven installations. Nikita, a multimedia artist with roots in photography, blends physical installations with cutting-edge digital techniques. Daniil, a digital artist, brings expertise in graphic design, transforming AI data into visually compelling narratives. Ard, an AI specialist with a background in computer science, bridges the gap between human creativity and machine intelligence. Together, they challenge aesthetic, moral, and social boundaries through innovative visual expression.
